Walter Fredericks, CEO

Born and raised in New York City’s renaissance village of Harlem, Walter T. Fredericks Jr. has always viewed himself as different.  Different in the sense that he knew working a ‘9-5’ was not his calling. A creative soul, as early as 9 years old, Walter had a gift for creative writing and storytelling.

As a premier Guard in both New York City high school leagues (CHSAA and PSAL) Walter earned a basketball scholarship to the University of Rhode Island. Once his college days were behind him, Walter lived abroad searching for his niche. In 2005 he penned his debut novel ‘My Brother’s Keeper’. After receiving critical acclaim for his work, Walter dove into film and television writing and production. He formed Walter Fredericks Enterprises soon after and began working with several writers and producers as he created a number of projects stemming from screenplays and television series and sitcoms.

Walter found  a home in Phoenix, Arizona. There he formed his second company, After the League Productions with his brother Waverly and childhood friend Raymond Lynch. Together, they created After The League, a reality docu-series centered around the lives of former professional basketball players.

Walter currently has  several film and television projects  in development. He has expanded his brand into the fashion industry as well with his new clothing venture under the After The League umbrella. Walter  is determined to reach the masses with his brand. Persistence and ambition will make Walter Fredericks a force to be reckoned with sooner than later.

He is definitely a mogul in the making.
