aboutatl

After The League Productions is a multimedia company formulated in 2011 by Walter Fredericks, Waverly Fredericks, and Raymond Lynch. This Harlem born trio had dreams of playing in the NBA as they  grew up as child basketball prodigies in New York City.

After playing high level AAU basketball with powers such as the T. S. Bucks, the Bronx Gauchos, and Riverside Church Hawks, each went on to achieve success in the highly competitive New York City high school ranks, with achievements including All-City Honors, City Championships, and Division 1 scholarship offers.

Once their playing days ended, Walter, Waverly, and Raymond collaborated to start After The League Productions. ATL Productions is the umbrella company for a multitude of business ventures. These ventures include a television company, a clothing line, a sports management firm, and an online magazine.

After The League Productions has headquarters in Dallas, Texas, Phoenix, Arizona and New York City, New York.  ATL Productions has positioned itself to become a rising force in the sports and entertainment world.

After The League is not just a company or a clothing line. It’s a movement. It’s a brand.

CHAIRMEN OF THE BOARDS

Walter Fredericks, CEO

Born and raised in New York City’s renaissance village of Harlem, Walter T. Fredericks Jr. has always viewed himself as different.  Different in the sense that he knew working a ‘9-5’ was not his calling. A creative soul, as early as 9 years old, Walter had a gift for creative writing and storytelling.

As a premier Guard in both New York City high school leagues (CHSAA and PSAL) Walter earned a basketball scholarship to the University of Rhode Island. Once his college days were behind him, Walter lived abroad searching for his niche.

Waverly Fredericks

Waverly Fredericks

In life people are divided by those who ‘do’ and those who ‘say’.  Anyone who knows Waverly Fredericks has a full understanding that he is a ‘doer’.

Born and raised in New York City’s historic Harlem area Waverly or ‘Wave’ as he is called by those close to him was a quiet, humble young man.   Like most kids his age Waverly dreamed of a career as a basketball star.  He honed his skills on the various playgrounds in Harlem with his older brother Walter.

RAYMOND LYNCH

One of Harlem’s finest Raymond or Ray Lynch was a New York City basketball prodigy. Raised by his mother Gloria, Ray and his brothers Wallace and Aubrey spent endless summers on the Harlem blacktop.

Along with his childhood friend Walter Fredericks, Ray became part of an unmatched era in high school basketball that has not been duplicated.
